Archaeological Perspectives on the Cross-Cultural Adaptation and Dissemination Strategies of Chinese Traditional Culture
Abstract
With the deepening of globalization, the international influence of Chinese traditional culture is expanding, making its cross-cultural adaptation and dissemination particularly significant. This paper employs a multidisciplinary approach from archaeology to construct a four-dimensional story content matrix encompassing truth, fact, emotion, and image, exploring how to effectively narrate and promote Chinese traditional cultural stories. By analyzing strategies such as leveraging foreign media resources, utilizing modern film and television technology, and building cultural product brands, the paper aims to enhance the global spread and recognition of Chinese stories. Furthermore, it reflects on the presentation of themes and character shaping in the process of cross-cultural communication, emphasizing the necessity of innovation based on respecting the original cultural essence to enhance the story's international appeal and cultural depth. Integrating archaeological methodologies, this study provides new perspectives and strategies for the modern dissemination of traditional culture.
