Abstract

This article examines the collision and integration of Eastern and Western philosophical ideas within the context of China's reform and opening up, focusing on an archaeological perspective. By comparing the fundamental characteristics of Eastern and Western philosophies, the study explores the exchange of ideas and dialogues in this historical period. The paper emphasizes the significance of cross-cultural communication in the development of philosophical thought and utilizes archaeological methods to analyze the interaction of philosophical ideas across different cultural backgrounds. The aim is to promote philosophical dialogue between diverse cultures and to support the integration and advancement of Eastern and Western philosophical thoughts in a globalized society.
