This paper, employing archaeological methodologies, examines the unique architectural and decorative styles of Labrang Monastery, which are deeply rooted in national religious traditions. It systematically summarizes the common diseases affecting its murals and oil paintings, along with the corresponding management strategies. Field investigation data are incorporated to enhance the understanding of the management processes, providing a scientific basis for cultural heritage conservation.
