Research on Influencing Factors of Sustainable Use Willingness in Online Education Platforms Based on Expectation Confirmation Theory

With the future homogenization competition and trend change competition in the whole market of electronic knowledge online learning application services in China, improving the overall user satisfaction level of the enterprise electronic knowledge online learning and application cloud platform service market will gradually develop into a practical problem that must be considered increasingly important in Chinese enterprises. In this report, another factor model is constructed based on the theoretical approach of expectation and confirmation, which considers the two ultimate main factors of why people can continue to use e-learning training education platforms are the impact on learning platform characteristics (platform service quality) and training course characteristics (observed interaction and perceived added value). Based on the questionnaire data of a large number of users, the empirical results further show that the service usage quality, interactive experience and product added value level of the platform have a significant intuitive and positive influence on the predictable and confirmable and useful level of platform user needs, and can further promote the stable and continuous use of platform user services by further improving the platform user satisfaction index. Based on these studies and results, many practical and effective application suggestions are put forward from the four main perspectives of improving user expectations, utility, quality efficiency of platforms and services, and improving course quality.
