Comprehensive assessment of visitors' desires in virtual museums for enhancing visitor engagement

To foster social development, cultural interchange, and personal development, virtual museums that make extensive use of modern innovations are progressively substituting conventional museums. The experience of visitors is becoming a major problem in this sector due to the growth and popularity of mobile Internet. The study evaluates visitor desires in a virtual museum to improve visitors’ engagement, with a focus on the changing point in the visitor's experience.The participants in this study were those who had previously visited a virtual museum. Distributed via digital sites were questionnaires. There persisted with 445 proper questionnaires data for examination. Along with outlining, the study hypotheses on virtual museum engagement variables and comparing emotional reactions among visitor types using T-test analysis, which provides insight into the experiences of visitors.According to the study’s outcomes, the commitment of visitors to an immersive online setting is significantly affected by their enjoyment and fulfillment, and these qualities are highly influenced by expectation validation.The findings can serve as a guide for administrators seeking to encourage the development and development of virtual museums while delivering an improved visitor experience.
