This paper aims to explore the evolution of justice concepts in Mediterranean archaeology and their impact on social structures. Utilizing a multidisciplinary approach that integrates archaeology, anthropology, and history, the study analyzes ancient Mediterranean civilizations' justice theories, such as natural law, social contract, and communitarianism, and examines how these theories shaped and evaluated ancient social structures and legal systems. Employing historical methodology, the research systematically interprets archaeological sites and textual sources, revealing the evolution of justice concepts from the Greek and Roman periods to the Byzantine era and their influence on political and social structures. The conclusion highlights that the evolution of justice concepts is closely linked to socio-political transformations in the Mediterranean region, providing a significant perspective for understanding ancient civilizations.
