Digital archaeological cultural tourism is presented in a novel manner, enabling tourists to immerse themselves in the charm of traditional culture beyond the constraints of time and space. Consequently, we propose to analyze the role of community participation in digital archaeological cultural tourism: exploring local traditions, history, and cultural co-creation. Initially, an overview of digital archaeological cultural tourism is provided, and the relationship between digital archaeological cultural tourism and community participation is examined from the perspectives of cultural inheritance, economic development, and social interaction, simultaneously verifying its significance. Ultimately, by establishing a unique cultural identity, the deeper connotations of digital archaeological cultural tourism are shaped, enhancing the innovation of digital cultural interactions, achieving integration and symbiosis, and laying a solid foundation for balanced development.
