Exploration of the Historical Evolution of Ancient Ethnic Traditional Sports

Abstract

With the theme of "Exploration of the Ancient History Evolution of Traditional Sports of Ancient Nationalities" as the theme, this paper systematically analyzes the origin, evolution and cross-cultural transmission process of traditional sports of ancient nationalities, explores its important social, cultural and religious functions in ancient society, and analyzes its role and influence in cross-cultural communication. National traditional sports, as an important cultural symbol, is not only the embodiment of a specific national lifestyle and values, but also a cultural bridge across time and space. By tracing the historical track of traditional sports, this paper reveals how it was influenced by social environment, political background, war, cultural integration and other factors in different periods and regions, and gradually evolved into the foundation of contemporary national sports.
