This study examines the resurgence of traditional aesthetics within contemporary music discourse, delving into its historical roots and practical implications. Employing a comprehensive research methodology, data were gathered from historical texts, contemporary music journals, expert interviews, and musical scores and performances. Content analysis revealed a significant prevalence of terms associated with traditional aesthetics, such as modal harmony and classical forms, in recent scholarly articles. Thematic analysis of interviews highlighted pivotal themes, including historical context and contemporary applications, indicating a robust integration of traditional aesthetics in modern compositions. Quantitative analyses, encompassing statistical and comparative methods, identified patterns in the application of these aesthetic principles, revealing both continuities and discontinuities between historical and contemporary music. Network analysis mapped the interconnections among various aesthetic elements, while regression and time-series analyses illuminated their impact on audience reception and temporal trends. Cluster analysis further categorized musical pieces based on aesthetic features, uncovering distinct groupings.
