Abstract

Music, as an art form of emotional expression, has long occupied an important position in art education. In the process of music performance, players not only express the structure of the music and the combination of notes through skills, but also establish a deep emotional connection with the audience through internal emotional input. In recent years, philosophy of emotion as a discipline has gradually penetrated into the field of music education, providing us with a deeper perspective to understand the complex relationship between music education and emotional expression. The purpose of this paper is to explore the expression of emotion in music performance and its application in music education, and to analyze the influence and practical significance of emotion philosophy in music education. Firstly, from the perspective of music performance, this paper expounds the expression and function of emotion in performance. By analyzing the interaction between performance skills and emotional expression, this paper reveals that music performance is not only the display of technology, but also the process of emotional communication between the performer and the work. Emotional interpretation and representation of musical works not only depend on the precision of playing skills, but also include the performer's deep understanding of the connotation of music and emotional input. Secondly, this paper deeply discusses the theoretical basis of emotion philosophy and its application in music education. Philosophy of emotion not only pays attention to the ethical and aesthetic value of emotion, but also emphasizes the educational function of emotion, especially the cultivation of emotion quality in music education. Through emotional education, music teachers can help students develop their ability of emotional expression, thereby enhancing their artistic expression and creativity. Through case analysis, this paper shows the successful practice cases of affective philosophy in music education at home and abroad, and discusses the challenges and opportunities of affective education in the teaching process. It is found that emotional education can not only improve students' musical performance, but also promote their emotional cognition and social emotional development. Finally, this paper summarizes the potential and development direction of emotional education in music teaching, and puts forward the possible path of future research. Through the integration of interdisciplinary, the future music education should pay more attention to the all-round development of emotion, so as to realize the organic combination of technology and emotion, so as to promote the overall quality of students. In short, emotional expression in music performance is not only the core of artistic creation, but also an indispensable part of music education. The introduction of affective philosophy provides a new theoretical framework and practical guidance for music education, which makes affective education a key way to improve students' artistic quality of music. The research of this paper provides theoretical support and practical experience for the future reform of music education.
