The historical research on the "literariness" in Yu Hua's literary works and the reproduction of the English translation results of language variation under the foreign translation of contemporary Chinese literature
Abstract
Abstract:As one of the main media for the dissemination of contemporary Chinese literature, translation contains a wealth of traditional and non-traditional cultures with Chinese characteristics, which plays a positive role in helping people around the world understand China's politics, economy, culture and development path. As the external translation of contemporary Chinese literature, the reproduction of "literariness" is an important proposition for the foreign translation of Chinese literature, and the actual translation materials and application methods determine whether literary works can be accepted by readers in other countries, and also affect the overall literary image of a country. However, at present, the external image of contemporary Chinese literature has not achieved the expected effect, because the English-speaking world has not selected works with literary value and artistic standards for translation, and most of the works have internal information rather than their own artistic standards and literary value, and translators have not translated them as literary works, and directly ignore their literary nature. Therefore, after understanding the literary image of contemporary Chinese literature under foreign translation, this paper takes Yu Hua's literary work "Shouting in the Drizzle" as an example to discuss the translation results of language variation, and then clarifies the effective countermeasures for contemporary Chinese literary works to go global in the context of multiculturalism.
