Abstract: In the rapid development of modern science and technology, according to artificial intelligence to lead the development of sports training, practical research mainly focuses on sports training and monitoring system, competitive ability and competition strategy, psychological training and monitoring management, sports injury and prevention science and other aspects. Especially in the era of big data, as an important product of the process of human socialization and development, sports can better meet the basic needs of human pursuit of spiritual civilization and progress according to the continuous optimization and innovation of modern science and technology, and is an effective measure to promote national unity and economic development.
