Historical research progress and future prospects of the coupled development of "sports + pension" model under the background of population aging

Abstract: Under the development trend of population aging, how to solve the living problems of elderly groups in urban construction and actively promote the development of healthy aging has always been the focus of attention. According to the statistical results of the World Health Organization, China's aging population presents a phased development characteristic, and the overall aging trend is very significant. Under the trend of increasing aging of society, relevant departments have proposed to accelerate the healthy elderly care service model, organically combine elderly care institutions and medical institutions, and form a combination of physical care service model on the basis of continuous integration of elderly care resources and medical resources, so as to truly realize the optimal resource allocation and development. Therefore, after understanding the development trend of population aging in China, this paper deeply discusses the effective ways and future prospects of the coupled development of "sports + pension" mode under the background of population aging according to the conceptual analysis and research progress of "physical care combined" service mode, so as to achieve the development goal of healthy aging.
